From check-in to check-out, their warmth and professionalism made us feel welcome. Special mention to Mariam, Naira, Koba and many others. Additionally, the hotel's location couldn't have been better. Situated in the heart of Tbilisi it was conveniently close to lots of attractions and amenities, allowing us to easily explore the area without any hassle. Overall, my experience at Holiday Inn Express was nothing short of exceptional. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, spacious, and welcoming hotel with a perfect location.

The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-organized. I loved the bed – it was cozy and gave me a good night’s sleep every day. The bathroom was clean with all the essentials available. The breakfast was great with a good variety of food, and the coffee was just perfect. I also enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere in the hotel, which made my stay even more relaxing. The location of the hotel is excellent – close to many attractions, shops, and restaurants, which made it easy for me to explore Tbilisi. Overall, I had a great experience and I will definitely come back again. Thank you to all the staff for making my stay so enjoyable!

Standard room with a king-size bed was quite comfortable for a family of 3 (2 adults and 5yo kid). Friendly and hospitality reception staff. We spent four days in winter. It was cool in the room. No central heating, the only air conditioner. Breakfast was good, with fruits (apples, banana, oranges), fresh juice, coffee and tea, really tasty omelet, bacon. Excellent internet connection.

As it is not in an "old city" center, it is rather quiet. If you like international hotels - it is your choice in Tbilisi. If you do want to have "local vibe" in Sakartvelo, it is not the best choice as this hotel is very international. I adore this brand, and were not seeking authenticity this time, so I was more than happy about that.
